Every trip I plan starts with getting to know you. Not just where you want to go — but what you enjoy, how you like to travel, and what will make this experience feel right for you. My goal is to design something that reflects who you are, not a one-size-fits-all itinerary.
Step 1 — The Discovery Call
We begin with a relaxed, simple conversation. I ask questions about what inspired the trip, what you want to see and do, your pace, your comfort level, and any must-haves. This helps me understand what will make your trip meaningful and enjoyable.
This call gives me the foundation I need to design something tailored specifically to you.
Step 2 — The Planning Fee
If we decide to move forward, the Planning Fee allows me to start building your itinerary. It covers the time, research, communication, and careful planning involved in creating a personalised trip from beginning to end — including access to my trusted partners and support teams.
Step 3 — Designing Your Itinerary
This is where everything starts to come together.
I design your trip the same way I plan my own: with attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and a focus on making sure each part flows well.
I work only with vetted, reputable companies I’ve trusted for years, along with in destination support teams who are there if you need anything.
You’ll receive a draft itinerary, and we’ll adjust it together until it feels right.
Step 4 — Confirming the Arrangements
Once the itinerary is final, I take care of the bookings with my trusted partners. You’ll always know who you’re traveling with, who is meeting you on arrival, and what to expect throughout your journey.
Behind the scenes, I work directly with my vetted, reputable travel partners to make sure every arrangement is properly confirmed and supported.
Step 5 — While You’re Traveling
I stay available in the background while you’re away. I keep an eye on your itinerary, check in when needed, and you’ll also have the support of my in-destination partners should anything come up.
You’re never on your own.
Step 6 — When You’re Home
After your trip, we reconnect to chat about how everything went — what you loved, what stood out, and anything we can carry forward into your next adventure.
