I’ve spent 40 years in the travel industry, but my love for travel began long before that. I grew up in Sydney, where adventure was simply part of daily life. Over the decades, my career has taken me from corporate consulting to managing large travel accounts — but it wasn’t until later in life that I realized what truly lights me up:


Designing travel that feels meaningful, personal, and deeply experiential.


When COVID hit, I thought my journey in travel might be over. I was exhausted from being everything to everyone. But every time I considered stepping away, a client’s dream trip would come across my desk — and the spark returned.


That’s when I decided - I wasn’t done with travel. I simply needed to do it my way.


Travel Like Jenny was born from that moment of clarity.


I chose to specialise only in the destinations that genuinely inspire me:

  • Australia — my home, my heart, my lifelong passion
  • Africa — especially Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and soon Botswana
  • Expedition cruising — where adventure meets comfort and curiosity


These are not places that can be booked well by guessing online. They require relationships, firsthand experience, and deep understanding.


And that’s exactly what I bring.


What Drives Me


I am happiest when I am crafting journeys that clients could never have created on their own — experiences that feel intentional, immersive, and filled with “wow” moments.


My favourite words to hear after a trip are: “We couldn’t have done this without you.”


Because it means I’ve done my job with heart.


I listen deeply, I learn who you are as a traveller, and I design your trip with the same care and excitement I would give my own.


I also love adding small surprises along the way — the little touches that make a journey feel personal. If you love sailing, I’ll find a way to work that in. If wildlife moves you, I’ll make sure you’re in the right place at the right time.

As a Premier Aussie Specialist, I return home regularly to meet with local operators, explore new regions, and deepen relationships that directly benefit my clients.


Events like the Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) allow me to connect face-to-face with hundreds of suppliers — from Indigenous guides and luxury lodges to wildlife conservancies and expedition cruise lines.


This means when I recommend something, it’s not from a brochure.


It’s from experience, insight, and personal connection.
