Travel Like Jenny Professional Planning Fee

 

CAD $450 plus GST per trip.

 

Every journey I design begins with understanding who you are as a traveller — what matters to you, how you like to travel, your preferred pace and comfort, and what you want the experience to feel like.


After our initial Discovery Call, if we decide to work together, a professional planning fee of CAD $450 plus GST is payable before detailed research and itinerary design begin.


The fee is non-refundable because the planning work starts as soon as it is received.

 

What Your Planning Fee Includes.

 

Your Travel Like Jenny planning fee includes:

  • A fully personalized itinerary, designed around your interests, priorities, pace and travel style.
  • One detailed itinerary proposal.
  • One round of revisions after you have had time to review the initial proposal.
  • Research and careful selection of accommodations, experiences and trusted travel partners.
  • Thoughtful attention to the overall flow, comfort and logistics of your journey.
  • Clearly organized travel documents, provided digitally or in print.
  • General passport, visa and travel health information to help you prepare.
  • Personal support throughout the planning and booking process.
  • Support while you are travelling, together with assistance from my trusted in-destination partners.
  • A conversation after you return so I can hear how everything went.


If the direction of the trip changes significantly after the initial proposal, or if further revisions are requested beyond those included, an additional planning fee may apply. I will always discuss this with you before any additional work begins.

 

Why I Charge a Planning Fee.

 

Thoughtfully designed travel takes time, experience, careful research and strong relationships.


My role is not simply to make reservations. It is to look at the entire journey—how each part connects, whether the pacing feels right, which experiences are genuinely worth including, and who will be supporting you along the way.


The planning fee allows me to give your journey the attention it deserves and to create something that feels personal, well considered and fully supported.
