$450.00 plus GST per trip – nonrefundable and payable upfront



Once the planning fee is received, I begin working on your journey immediately. This fee covers the design phase of your trip — including research, itinerary development, supplier coordination, and revisions as we refine your plans together. Because this work starts right away, the planning fee remains in place regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the final itinerary.
